1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Eclipse Number Plates website and mobile app. By placing an order with us, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before your plates are manufactured and dispatched. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3. Road-Legal Compliance

Road-legal number plates manufactured by Eclipse comply with BS AU 145e standards. It is your responsibility to ensure the registration mark displayed on your plates matches your vehicle's V5C document. You may be required to provide proof of entitlement (V5C and photographic ID) before we can manufacture registration-specific plates.

4. Show Plates

Show plates are sold strictly for off-road, display, and show use only. They are not road-legal and must not be fitted to a vehicle used on public roads. Eclipse accepts no liability for misuse of show plates on public highways.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before our daily cutoff on the same day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom-manufactured number plates are made to your specification and are exempt from standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If your plates arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Warranty

Our plates carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage caused by improper fitting, cleaning with abrasive materials, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, is the property of Eclipse Number Plates and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eclipse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the price you paid for the plates.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
